Hannah Ekholm

Hannah Ekholm studied at the Royal Swedish Ballet School. She has worked extensively with Alexander Whitley Dance Company and artists and brands including Gareth Pugh, DJ Jax Jones, Lacoste, Calvin Harris and more. She is part of the Vogue House ’House of Milan’ and has battled and judged both in London and Europe.

Melody Tamiz

Melody Tamiz gained her BA Hons at London Studio Centre and an MA (researching into Flow Theory & Eastern Practices) while working with Rambert. She has her own company (M.O.P. Dance Company) and has toured & performed in works by Ohad Naharin, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Damien Jalet, Rambert Artistic Director Benoit Swan Pouffer, Jermaine Spivey, Sharon Eyal, Rafael Bonachella, James Cousins and many more.

Theo Arran

Theo Arran studied at Rambert, Trinity Laban and Verve, the postgraduate company of Northern School of Contemporary Dance. While training, Theo worked with artists including Ben Wright, Hannes Langolf, Sita Osthiemer, and others; since graduating he has worked with Rendez-Vous (Mathieu Geffre), KOMOCO (Sofia Nappi), Barnaby Booth, Mobius Dance and Zoielogic Dance. Theo is also an accomplished jazz bassist.

Oliver Chapman

Oliver Chapman trained at Laban and with Bodywork in Cambridge. He’s danced with Chrysalis London, ICON Dance, National Dance Company Wales, Henri Oguike Dance, ZooNation - The Kate Prince Company, Compagnie Amala Dianor (FR), and Marcat Dance (SP) and joined Humanoove in 2017 for the company’s second touring production, The Knot. Oliver has also worked with Swiss singer Miel de Botton and pop giants Take That.

Nicholas Tredrea

Nicholas Tredrea trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and worked with Opera Australia, Dean Walsh, Leigh Warren & Dancers, and Rafael Bonachela before moving to the UK in 2016 to study with Rambert. He has since worked with DeNada Dance Theatre, Rosie Kay and Cameron McMillan. In 2019 Nicholas worked as a swing in the West End production of Inala with choreographer Mark Baldwin as well as small projects with Rambert.

MATHIEU GEFFRE

Mathieu Geffré trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris. In 2006, Mathieu began a freelance career in France and danced in various projects with several choreographers such as Dominique Guilhaudin, Emilio Calcagno and Frédéric Lescure. In January 2009, he moved to Amsterdam, Holland, to join Dansgroep Amsterdam under the artistic direction of Itzik Galili and Krizstina De Chatel. Beyond working closely with those two choreographers he also took part in creations with guest choreographers : Mark Baldwin, Liat Waysbort and White Horse Collective. In July 2011, he started dancing for Noord Nederlandse Dans with Stephen Shropshire and in August 2012 he joined National Dance Company Wales. During his four years with this company he performed works from Eleesha Drennan, Angelin Preljocaj, Christopher Bruce, Alexander Ekman, Johan Inger and Caroline Finn among others. Mathieu has been based in London since 2016.

ERYCK BRAHMANIA

Born in Essex, UK, Eryck trained at The Royal Ballet School. Eryck’s dance career has seen him work for numerous companies including Rambert Dance Company, Michael Clark Dance Company, Protein Dance, Company Chameleon, Alexander Whitley Dance, New Movement Collective, Musemotion and Hong Kong Ballet. He has performed works by Christopher Bruce, Itzik Galili, Richard Alston, Merce Cunningham, Siobhan Davies, Garry Stewart, Mark Baldwin, Andre Gingras, Darshan Singh Buller, Karole Armitage, Paul Taylor, Doug Varone, and many others. Eryck has also worked on movement development for numerous West End musicals including Charlie & the Chocolate FactoryWomen on the Verge of a Nervous BreakdownGroundhog Day and Frozen. In addition to dancing Eryck teaches yoga and Vedic thought and trained under renowned teacher Claire Missingham. He teaches at numerous studios across London. 

ESTELA MERLOS

Born in Barcelona, Estela is an independent dance artist based in London. She collaborates with a wide variety of international artists, dance companies and institutions as a performer, choreographer, teacher and rehearsal director. She trained at Escola de Dansa Madó and Central School of Ballet. Before joining Rambert, she danced for companies Cannes Jeune Ballet and IT Dansa, performing works by acclaimed choreographers. Since 2014 she has also collaborated with Shobana Jeyasingh, Marcos Morau - La Veronal, Patricia Okenwa and Avatara Ayuso. Her own choreographic work has been presented in Spain and the UK and she is a Swindon Dance Associate Artist since 2017. Estela’s practice is inspired by the health benefits of somatic movement and internal martial arts and she is currently studying to become a Feldenkrais Practitioner www.estelamerlos.com

MADELEINE JONSSON

Madeleine trained in contemporary at a pre-professional program at Schillerska gymnasium in Gothenburg Sweden before she started a bachelor at London Contemporary Dance School where she graduated 2016. Alongside her training, she has been working in collaboration with international visual artists and choreographers, touring works to Finland, as well as several galleries across London such as the V&A museum, White rainbow gallery and the RA. Since graduating Madeleine has worked with Dane Hurst, Lea Anderson, Juri Nishi, Heidi Vierthaler and began her collaboration with Didy Veldman 2017.

DANE HURST

Born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Dane joined the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary in 2003 supported by the Linbury and Ernest Oppenheimer Memorial Trust Funds. Later he joined Rambert Dance Company as the first recipient of the Sally Gilmour memorial trust bursary in 2004. Dane was nominated for ‘Best Emerging Dancer’ in 2006 and in 2007 received the ‘Spotlight Dancer’ of the Year Award by the Critic's Circle National Dance Awards, U.K. He has travelled internationally having made guest appearances with Rambert Dance Company, Phoenix Dance Theatre, National Dance Company of Wales, Mad Dogs Dance Theatre and The Curve Foundation. He was voted 3rd in Dance Europe Magazine's Top 100 Dancers of the Year 2012, as voted for by an international jury of dance writers and critics. In 2013 he was nominated for Outstanding Modern Performance and in 2014 received the Best Male Dancer of the Year award by the Critic's Circle National Dance Awards, U.K. Dane most recently appeared as Guest Artist with Company Wayne McGregor in their ‘Atomos’ tour to San Francisco, U.S.A, 2016.

SARA HARTON

A native of Quebec City, Sara Harton is a graduate of École supérieure de ballet du Québec. She has won numerous awards, including that of the Lieutenant Governor of Quebec. Harton has danced in the works of many choreographers including Shawn Hounsell, Hélène Blackburn, Mario Radacovsky, Victor Quijada, Christophe Garcia, Thierry Malandain, Kristen Cere and Iréni Stamou. She also danced with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal from 2003 to 2006 for the production of Nutcracker. After her studies, she joined BJM Danse in 2006, appearing in works by Azure Barton, Rodrigo Pederneiras, Crystal Pite and Mauro Bigonzetti. Since the summer of 2009, she has been a member of ezdanza, the company led by Edgar Zendejas. Harton has also danced for Danse K par K, and since 2011 has been dancing for PPS Danse, Cirque du Soleil and Les 7 doigts de la main.

MAI LISA GUINOO

Mai Lisa Guinoo was born in Bergen/Norway. She studied classical ballet at the Royal Swedish Ballet School & Oslo National Academy of the Arts. After graduating in 2009, Mai Lisa joined Carte Blanche as an apprentice and one year later joined IT Dansa in Barcelona where she performed in works by Ohad Naharin, Jiri Kylian, Alexander Ekman, Rafael Bonachella, among others. In 2013, Mai Lisa joined Rambert Dance Company under the artistic direction of Mark Baldwin and in 2014 joined GoteborgsOperans Danskompani in Sweden where she has been dancing for the past 5 years. In Gothenburg, Mai Lisa has been in creations with choreographers such as Sharon Eyal, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Saburo Teshigawara, Damien Jalet, Michael Keegan Dolan, Stijn Celis, Roy Assaf, Anton Lachky, Constanza Macras, among others. Mai Lisa is currently freelancing and is based in London. 

OLIVER CHAPMAN

Originally from Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, Oliver began his training at the Laban Conservatoire on the Centre for Advanced Training scheme, from there he began his professional studies with Bodywork Company in Cambridge. Upon graduation Oliver danced with Chrysalis London and ICON DANCE. In June 2016 he joined National Dance Company Wales as an apprentice, performing works by Caroline Finn, Alexander Ekman and Roy Assaf. Before joining NDCWales as a company member in 2018, Oliver performed in new works by Henri Oguike Dance, ZooNation - The Kate Prince Company, and Eleesha Drennan. Oliver has also worked for artists Miel de Botton and Take That.
